Refund Policy

At Apex Academic Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality tutoring services tailored to each student’s academic needs. To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our scheduling, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

• Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be non-refundable, and the session will be forfeited.

• In cases of emergency, please contact us directly to discuss possible exceptions.

Missed Sessions

• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

• We encourage timely communication to avoid scheduling conflicts and missed opportunities for learning.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

• Package refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on the number of sessions used and subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy.
